The Weekly Challenge

The Weekly Challenge, 5th October – #HelloYellow!

At a time when it’s needed most, come together for #HelloYellow to support young people’s mental health on World Mental Health Day. This week’s challenge is from YoungMinds, who work to make sure all young people get the best possible mental health support and have the resilience to overcome life’s challenges.

Join thousands of schools, offices and community groups on Friday 9 October by taking part in #HelloYellow and raising vital funds to support the work of YoungMinds. It’s simple: wear yellow, get fundraising and have fun! Sign up here, and you’ll receive your free #HelloYellow fundraising kit to download straight away, full of wellbeing activities and resources to help you plan your day.

To celebrate #HelloYellow and to help spread the word, get creative with the colour…..yellow! Find it, capture it, play with it and use it! Could you wear an entirely yellow outfit? Could you cook a meal using only yellow ingredients? Could you paint, doodle, craft, knit, or make in yellow – or find and photograph a yellow scene? It’s over to you – get creative, and say hello to yellow.

If you have more time …
