The January Challenge 2020, Day 25 – Nature’s Stamp25th January 2020
Today’s challenge is set by Christopher, 44, from Lichfield.
There are patterns, shapes and textures all around us…
Create a print inspired by, or using nature. You could use leaves or food (or hands!) to make your mark with a printed pattern, or use the shapes and patterns of nature to inspire a design…anything goes! What can you find in nature’s stamp?
Here’s Chris’ quick ‘leaf rubbing’ – created by placing a piece of scrap paper over the leaf and rubbing the crayon over it!
If you have more time …
Experiment with different objects to print with and different designs. Can you layer your prints to create a scene?
What has this challenge make you think about or notice? What did you find in nature’s stamp?
