Happy New Year, Challengers! It’s the very first day of The January Challenge 2019. Together, we are going to kickstart our creativity and wellbeing, and start the year with some well deserved oompf. Welcome on board! Let’s start the way all good stories begin, at the very beginning…

What is your word of the year? If you could choose one word to sum up your intentions, plans and hopes for the year – what would it be? Share your word! You could create some word art, calligraphy, poetry, or even take a photo that captures that word – it’s over to you! 

If you have more time: 

Give yourself a moment to reflect on 2018. What was your word of 2018? How will you use what you learnt in 2018 to transition into 2019, and help you achieve your goals?

Think: 

Why did you pick your word? Why is it important? What are you going to put in place to achieve your hopes and how can you use The January Challenge to help you?
