It’s not until you look images of your area up that you remember what is on your doorstep. Then it’s how much you use and many places you mean to visit but never get around to.
I live in East Hertfordshire in a ‘village’ called Turnford. Never thought of it as a village. We are right on Lee Valley Park part of which is home to the white water centre used during the Olympics. We have beautiful parks woods and gardens. Not too far from London, but close to ‘green’. Original home of Tescos too. They seem to breed locally!!
