Hasn’t been a great day for me so even though I’ve been sat down for more than 5 minutes today, my mind has been distracted – finding it hard to concentrate. I did however manage to do a headspace (meditation app) session so although I wasn’t noticing external stimulus, I was trying to notice more about how I was feeling. I’m glad I took 5/10 minutes to do this and to share. Here’s to tomorrow being a better day!
