I spent much of 2018 feeling overwhelmed by things. Work and home life were manic last year, and my instinct has been to retreat into my shell because I am feeling so drained at the end of the day. But that makes everything worse.
This year, things will be different. I want to focus my attention, and be more mindful of my time. It will require practice, which made me think of training.
I recorded this in one take, total time including practice about 8 minutes, and you can tell! The lyrics I was reading from my computer, and the chords were a guess. But it felt good to focus, even for such a short space of time.
