A cute little challenge for Day 13… *Set a timer for anywhere up to 10 minutes. Start writing and just keep your pen moving on the page. Try not to think too much about what you’re writing – even if you’re writing ‘I don’t know what to write’, that is okay. Then, without reading them, destroy the words you’ve written. You could tear them up small, feed them into a shredder, or run the pages under the tap!* *If you want to share your work, take a photo of your pile of shreds and describe how the experience was for you.* I didn’t read the words back after writing, I just started doodling and cutting and it turned into a pretty flower…albeit a bit childish. I feel if I had prettier materials and dedicated more time, this could be a nice craft.

It was great to get negative thoughts out of my head, and onto paper I knew would become something more pleasant through a positive process… And it worked! Negative mood 0 – happier evening 1 #TheJanuaryChallenge #64MillionArtists @64millionartists5
