Day 18: Draw with your opposite hand first thing you see over right shoulder. Then switch and draw with your dominant hand with what is over your left shoulder.
Interesting and tricky exercise…I didn’t want to correct myself with my left hand…

January 19th: Over my shoulder.
Use your non-dominant hand, draw what you see over the opposite shoulder. Then do the reverse.
Drawing not being my strong point anyway, I’m surprised how well the chair turned out. #64MillionArtists#TheJanuaryChallenge

Day 18 of #thejanuarychallenge A day late! Create and play a game, as I’m on a trip to London and the #lumierelondon festival was happening I made my game ‘Find the light display’ it was awesome @64millionartists
#thejanuarychallenge: today I had to draw – with my non-dominant hand (that would be my left) – the thing that I could see if I looked over my right shoulder… That happened to be a cupboard with a dish containing my thread, pins & needles on top of it. I chose to ignore the cupboard and just draw the dish. It was quite frustrating – I’m VERY right-handed and didn’t feel as though I had any control over the pencil… but curiously the drawing is probably better than I could have managed with my right hand. Who’d have thought?

Throwback to Day 11: New Year New You #catchingup
Received a tea-themed Secret Santa gift with a selection of mint teas. I’m not much of a herbal tea person anyway, and REALLY not keen on liquorice, so this is WAY out of my comfort zone…..but, well, here goes….!
Day 19 #TheJanuaryChallenge #64MillionArtists
Over My Shoulder – drawing with my left what I can see over my right shoulder: my horrible uncomfortable old work chair, replaced this morning with a brand new supportive chair Happy happy Friday!
64MillionArtists Day 19.
Over My Shoulder
A drawing with my left hand over my right shoulder, then with my right hand over my left shoulder.
I drew in pen so I was not tempted to erase.
It was hard switching to the other side, very disorientating.
And my neck aches!
I posted it on my blog sketchblogged.wordpress.com
